Need of an enemy? Need of a friend? Well you've come to the right place. MILO COSTELLO Quiet. Faithful. Conservative. Self-loathing. Tempered. He's the cop that never questions the government and does what he's told. Frequently Milo visits the church, takes 'criminals' down, and does favors for others. The man has never had any other hobbies, a relationship, or knows how to truly enjoy life. He thinks he does, being optimistic and cherishing everything, but he doesn't realize how much he's missing out while trying to never break a single rule. There are two subject in particular that scare him the most. He's an alcoholic that hasn't tried to find help because he's afraid to be judged and he's bisexual which he is too scared to admit.
Overall, Milo's a gentleman that doesn't know how to loosen up. He can have plenty of enemies because he's a cop... or maybe that's just the start of a plot where it would be better to have him as a friend? Police connections are very nice plotting device. Just a warning, he's quiet. He looks like a big intimidating man, but he doesn't even know how to hold a decent conversation. And love? My best wishes. He is afraid of everything about the idea, and any relationship he has been in (always a girl in the past) barely lasted a week. As guys go, maybe, if you want the challenge, you could possibly get him to stop denying who he truly is.
SOFIA MOSAIC Confident. Caring. Sin. Two-faced. Bitchy. Unlike Mr. Costello, Sofia doesn't give a damn about god. She's an atheist, the Student Council President of her school, and absolutely loves herself. In front of others she smiling and happy, but really she can be a bitch. Outside the little charade, she is very mean and sarcastic, completely disgusted with the world around her. Her one goal is to get off the island and travel the world, yet she has one weakness. Sofia cares. It's the only part of her personality that holds back her arrogant self and what makes her want to help in a rebellion against the government. She cares about her brother, her conservative parents, and the fellow students. What a dilemma.
Sofia is a sweetheart to strangers, but the sin of Pride to friends. Even if she doesn't take crap, it wouldn't be in her best interest to make enemies and stand out in the crowd. Still, a few foes wouldn't be surprising. Anyone that hates arrogance would easily hate her. Friends: probably could work. Though quite a few of them would be fake because they like 'fake Sofia'. Not the bitchy but caring Sofia. Love: have fun. The two-faced thing causes a lot of problems, jumping back and forth into personalities. Like friends, she might like certain people just to get what she wants. Plus, not many can put up with her self-loving ways.
I'm fairly good with plotting so if anyone is interested, speak up. I'm always open to something new...

Milo's frequent visits to the church would make him familiar with Jonathan since Jonathan is the ex-reverand. So maybe Milo might have some opinions on Jonathan leaving the church or something like that? I can see some tension between the two of them simply because Milo is so devout and Jonathan used to be just that way, but gave up on it. I don't really have any firm ideas right now x.x but two minds are better than one, haha.

I'm not particularly sure what Milo would do.
okay, I just got one idea! =P
Milo looked up to Jon, but once he quit, Jon went down a few slots for on Milo's 'friend list'. Maybe on Jon's 'whose cool list', Milo is no longer on it. Or maybe he sees Milo as a naive man? Anyway, Milo would somewhat dislike the other man, only time to time saying his piece on his 'unfaithful' situation. They are familiars because he was Milo's ex-reverend, but now they know each other more because Milo is constantly giving him warnings about going to church and etc. The only reason Jonathon hasn't been thrown in jail (for the whole church thread for one, probably not going to church, and being a firm non-believer) is because Milo convinces the other officers that he's a good man, just in a bad spot right now. Maybe Jon takes it for granted and pushes Milo a way? And at the same time Milo is beginning to get frustrated, maybe even loses his temper on one occasion?
overall Milo still wants to be Jonathon's friend, trying to look out for him, but Jonathon isn't making it easy.
That's all I got so far. =/

I'm loving that idea.
Jonathan would think Milo naive (along with a few other things that he wouldn't hold back on saying). No matter how much Milo helped Jonathan he would constantly be bitter and relentless in his assertions that he will NEVER return to the church. In the end Jonathan would do whatever he could to push the other away and inevitably end up in a difficult situation for it. But...
to add a whole new layer of depth to this...
Steph has agreed to take up playing Jonathan's wife. (Yeah, she's supposed to be dead, but we came up with a super awesome idea for Jonathan). Basically it will be like Jonathan's wife Emily was dead... for a few minutes, but came back with brain damage and wham doesn't remember Jonathan. So the doctor doesn't tell Jonathan that she's alive because of sometime Jonathan did to make the doctor angry and hence the doctor uses Emily's inability to remember anything about Jonathan and gives her a new life to live where she's unable to see Jonathan.
Maybe, just maybe, we can also use this. I don't know how that would work out, but maybe Milo could be the awesome police-dude he is and dig up some dirt to find out that Jonathan's wife is really still a live and all that jazz. So Jonathan would be pushing away the one person who had all the answers. xD
Steph and I were just discussing the whole Emily thing, haha. It just clicked.

Poor Milo. He's going to be have to restraint himself from like... killing Jonathon at one point. He will only be able to take so much.
I love that idea! He'll get frustrated one day and decide he'll look at Emily's old records. Maybe to see how exactly she died, as I don't think Jonathon wouldn't exactly share it, and figures out there a missing sheets. Digs further and further until realizes 'wtf she's alive!'. Then what happens next we'll have just have to see. He might bring it up to Jon, but he'd probably not believe Milo.
Than it'll be the hunt for Emily, pretty much. =P

Ahaha, Jonathan would probably be pretty close to snapping on Milo, too. xD So no worries.
But yeah- Jonathan would NOT believe him. He'd probably accuse Milo of using that just to get what he wanted -_- what a dirty trick, haha.
Yay! We've got ourselves a plot! <3
